       The CDC is a private, autonomous, non-partisan, private association of high professional standing, which is contributing to the developing democratic process through research, education, outreach and provision of legal services, and specializing in gender and the law, and constitutional, administrative and municipal law. The CDC mission is to help make the concepts and practice of law more equitable to create a democratic and participatory system. The strategic objectives of the CDC are to promote within civil society the knowledge and effective exercise of its rights; strengthen the organizational and leadership capabilities of organized civil society, and contribute to the creation, development and defense of democratic institutionality.
