TOSAM is a non-governmental, non profit organization working for dissemination of the culture of democracy, co-existance, good governance and promotion of rule of law. The group gives training courses in topics like "Democratic leadership and effective citizenship training", "conflict resolution negotiation and mediation". and "vocational training". They also hold country-wide deliberative forums on national and local issues, produce radio programs, publish books and do research.
